The recovery of existing attic floors is a recurring projectual theme to try to maximize space present in the inner cities.
In this case the work has been with several technical difficulties due to work on top of flats inhabited. For this reason was used a technology with self-supporting steel beams.
This allowed to preserve the existing and implement a new wooden roof.
The renovation of the facades and the formation of two new lift outside the buildings complete the work making it more functional.
